Within 48 business hours, a member of our team will contact you to gather any additional information required.
If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will provide an estimated timeframe for investigation and keep you updated on progress throughout.
Your complaint will only be closed once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the outcome.
